Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Master Card, Visa, Paypal and money orders. Personal checks are also accepted with up to a 10-day hold for the check to clear.

FREE SHIPPING available in continental United States for all Store products. For shipping rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and countries outside the United States CONTACT US. Our affiliate advertisers explain their shipping policies on their individual sites

Shipping Time. We will ship within 3 to 5 days of completed order. Please allow 7 to 10 days delivery time.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. USPS can be used when necessaary, while some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Damaged Shipments. If you receive any damaged shipments from handling notify the freight carrier immediately. Ask for a confirmation number then notify us so we can make arrangements to re-ship or refund whichever you prefer. It's important, though, that you ask for the confirmation number from the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, CONTACT US immediately for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive the instructions.

Return Merchandise Policy. We guarantee merchandise 100%. If you are not satisfied with what you receive, you have 10 days from the date you receive your item to ask for a refund or an exchange. Email the request to support@discountcookwareusa.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time we will send you a return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions. Packages will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. The product must be returned with original contents (product, manuals, instructions,etc.) along with original packaging and invoice or receipt. Depending on the item, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
